In my opinion, CivilWarWiki should be able to stand on it's own almost immediately, so the site should be able to generate it's own version of help and tutorial pages without relying on another site. However, help is still necessary, so we'll have to keep the links to Wikipedia for a little while longer. Bmac48 01:04, 1 May 2010 (EDT)
